I must admit that the food, especially the saltfish accras were an absolute hit at the wedding that Belle Creole catered for! Explosions of varying herbs and spices filled my mouth and danced all over my taste buds... Truly, this dish had a uniquely tantalizing flavour that I will most certainly never forget. Cathy & Gary Maynard's Wedding (September 09, Dunstable, Luton)

Oh my goodness!  Where do we start?  Belle Creole made our wedding one of the most special days in our lives.  Everyone knows the food is a very important part of a wedding ceremony, it can make or break the whole day!  We can honestly say that from our very first conversation with Faydra we were filled with confidence and knew Belle Creole was the one for us!

We arranged a food tasting session and on walking into the session I was blown away!  Presentation is key, we are people who have high standards and boy did they meet them!  A beautifully laid table was just the start… the attention to detail rivalled the best restaurants in the UK, each of the five course was explained in full detail, and of course presented to the point that the food looked too good to eat!!!  We were instantly sold..

Our wedding day itself, Belle Creole kept to and indeed surpassed all our expectations.  The Mango Salad was delightful.  The main course was succulent and I strongly recommend the chicken, and let’s not forget the desert, (Soursop Ice-cream), our mouths are watering just thinking about it!  What was really nice for us was to look up from our table and see all our guests giving the food the thumbs up, and even some having seconds.  Indeed one of our guests asked for their details as they are looking to get married soon!

Belle Creole staff offered a very personal but not intrusive service.  We will, without question, use their service again.  Thank you Belle Creole for making our very special day one that will be treasured forever!
